The more muscles you use, the more calories you burn. Boot Camps have proven to activate large muscle groups in the shortest time. I will show you how to burn fat scientifically Classes are 4 days a week. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday & Friday from 6 to 7 pm. We will use indoor and outdoor areas for exercise.
